SurRon Light Bee, Segway X160, and X260

. This overbuilt upgrade replaces the flimsy stock plate with

7075 T6 billet aluminum side rails

and a

10mm thick bash plate

that’s been torture-tested to survive over

6,000 lbs of force

. Designed with optimal strike angles and airflow, it keeps your motor safe without compromising performance. And with a

lifetime warranty on the side rails

, this is the last skid plate you’ll ever need—trusted and stocked by the REV Rides crew who ride what we sell.

Life Time Warranty

"Side Rails Only" We are so confident in this skid plate that we will replace the side rails if they ever bend for FREE!

(Not applicable to bash plates, replacements are available upon request).

Heavy Hitter has redesigned your favorite skid plate to include fitment for EBMX  Motors, Re-optimized angles for enduro, and tighter fitment to controllers.

Meet the last skid plate your bike will ever need. With 7075 T6 billet aluminum side supports and replaceable bash plates, the Heavy Hitter Skid Plate can withstand a whopping 6,000 lbs of force, making it the end-all protection solution for Sur Ron & Segway, E-Motos.

The most vulnerable part of our E-Motos is the motor. It’s at the very bottom of the frame, right where obstacles like rocks, roots, and logs can strike at a moment’s notice. Unfortunately, Sur Ron, and Segway make their bikes with skid plates that lack critical support structures.

The Heavy Hitter Skid Plate has the perfect strike angle for logs, rocks, and other obstacles. With a thick 10mm aluminum bash plate, extended tail section, and strategically placed venting, our skid plate offers top-notch motor protection for on-road and off-road use alike. And if you do happen to damage it, the replaceable bash plate can be switched out for a new one in minutes.

Guides

Installation note:

We recommend using a blue medium thread locker on all hardware during installation. Mounting bolts are T20 Torx bolts; the recommended torque value is

2.6 Nm / 1.92 ft-lb / 23 in-lb

. This is barely hand-tight, but as long as the blue medium thread locker is used and correctly applied, this will hold securely and be removable.
