are a substantial braking upgrade for SurRon, E Ride Pro, Talaria, and Segway electric dirt bikes equipped with

Volar Sport brake calipers

. At a full

3mm thick

, these rotors are considerably thicker than standard factory rotors and are designed for riders who are pushing their braking system harder than a stock setup was built to handle.

That extra rotor thickness matters when you're riding a faster or modified e-moto. More rotor material increases the thermal mass of the braking system and provides a more substantial braking surface for repeated hard stops, steep descents, trail riding, and higher-power builds. Paired with the Volar Sport braking system, these rotors are built for riders looking for stronger, more consistent braking performance.

. They are

NOT compatible with stock brake calipers

. We also cannot guarantee compatibility with other aftermarket brake systems due to differences in caliper clearance, pad spacing, brackets, and mounting configurations.

Talaria MX5 Sting Pro Floating Brake Rotors

The

Talaria MX5 Sting Pro TL5500

uses a dedicated Volar Sport floating brake disc setup available in

228mm or 250mm

. The front and rear of the MX5 use the same brake disc bolt pattern, so these discs can be installed on

either the front or rear

of the bike when paired with the correct included mounting hardware.

The MX5 Sting Pro setup also includes  Depending on the selected rotor configuration, the kit includes the necessary

4mm caliper spacers or caliper relocation adapter

along with the required brake caliper bolts.

. They are made for Volar Sport brake calipers. If your bike is still running the factory brake system, these are not a direct replacement for your stock rotors.
